Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. Full cancellations, orany part thereof received within 30 days of arrival are subject to a 5%admin fee + taxes (min. $20 + applicable taxes), in addition to anycancellation fees imposed by the individual property or activity providers.For reservations cancelled 7 days prior to arrival a one nights stay plustaxes charged as penalty, if cancelled within 72 hrs of arrival subject to apenalty of the full stay. Please note there is a 14 day cancellation noticerequired for reservations during the Christmas/NYE season.
