BOOKING POLICIES:Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. $20 + tax administration fee will be charged if cancelled at any time after booking. For reservations cancelled 72hrs prior to arrival a one nights stay plus taxes charged as penalty. Please note there is a 14 day cancellation notice required for Christmas/NYE season.
