BOOKING POLICIES:
Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. $20 + tax administration fee will be charged if cancelled at any time after booking. For reservations cancelled 72hrs prior to arrival a one nights stay plus taxes charged as penalty. Please note that reservations during Christmas/NYE period will be charged in full at the time of booking, and any cancellations must be made prior to November 30th for a refund.
