BOOKING POLICIES:Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. Full cancellations, orany part thereof received within 30 days of arrival are subject to a 5%admin fee + taxes (min. $20 + applicable taxes), in addition to anycancellation fees imposed by the individual property or activity providers.For reservations cancelled 72hrs prior to arrival a one nights stay plus taxescharged as penalty.
