LOCATION:500 Block of Banff Ave ~15min walk to downtown shops and restaurants.
ROOM STYLES:Guest rooms are generously sized with high ceilings, light coloured wall treatments and windows that add to the sense of spaciousness. None lack the modern amenities of a luxury hotel; and many thoughtful touches are included with your comfort in mind. Your room is equipped with cable, television, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, nintendo, hairdryers, daily newspaper, high speed internet access, air conditioner, tea/kettle, pay per view movies, voicemail, terry robes, in room save and iron/board.
Delta Rooms:In keeping with the Charlton's flair for luxurious design, the Delta Room is elegantly appointed with custom made Canadian furnishings and Canadian artwork. The oversized bathrooms have an Alberta granite topped vanity and full bathtub and shower. Each room features either a gas fireplace or a view of the enclosed Alpine Garden. The Delta Room is equipped with either one king size bed or two queen sized beds.
Deluxe Rooms:Deluxe Rooms include the lavish appointments featured by all other rooms at the lodge, but with the luxury of additional space. This suite includes a king sized bed, cozy seating with hdouble sized sofa bed and a gas fireplace. The sumptuous bath has the added feature ofa jetted tub. The Deluxe Room blends quality and spacious stylishness in a one room suite.
One Bedroom Suite:For the ultimate in accommodation, the One Bedroom Suite is luxury at it's finest. A focal wall of windows, slate fireplace and custom cabinetry creates an immediate impression of opulence. Also furnished in our custom line of traditionally stlyed solid maple furniture, this suite is equuipped with a king sized bed, writing desk and convenient wet bar. A seating area with double sized soa bed and two comfy armchairs is situated overlooking the Alpine Garden. The spacious bathroom boasts a two person jetted tub, separate shower and lovely dressing area with granite topped vanity.
ADULT:An adult is considered to be 18+ years.
DINING:Dine in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, and enjoy an inspired menu highlighting the best of Canada. To ensure the finest, freshest and most flavourful dishes, they utilize the best of regional Canadian products. Augmented with international ingredients, creations are prepared with a contemporary flare, and influenced by global tastes and trends.
FACILITIES:Expedrience relaxing indulgence for both the mind and the body at The Grotto Spa. They invitie you to enjoy the spa's mineral waters, personalized massage treatments, and the fitness facilities.
The unique architecture of the Grotto Spa, use of natural rock and ceramic tile and soft lighting lend to the tranquility of your spa experience. Professionally trained therapists offer a variety of relaxing massage treatment to calm, heal or invigorate you.
PARKING:Underground heated parking is available at a small daily charge.
BOOKING POLICIES:Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. $20 + tax administration fee will be charged if cancelled at any time after booking. If a reservation is cancelled 5 days prior to arrival one nights stay plus tax will be kept as penalty.
