FACILITIES:Enjoy Banff's only year-round outdoor heated swimming pool. This kidney shaped pool is heated to 26 C (85 F). An indoor whirlpool and dry sauna are also available for your enjoyment. The hotel also has a ski lock-up and work bench area as well as a public Internet access terminal conveniently located in the lobby.

BOOKING POLICIES:Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. Full cancellations, or any part thereof received within 30 days of arrival are subject to a 5% admin fee + taxes (min. $20.00 + applicable taxes), in addition to any cancellations fees imposed by the individual property or activity providers. For reservations cancelled 48hrs prior to arrival a one nights stay plus taxes charged as penalty. Please note there is a 14 day cancellation period in effect for reservations during Christmas/NYE season.
