The Crossing Resort is a family owned and operated resort, located at theSaskatchewan River Crossing, in the heart of the Icefields Parkway and theCanadian Rockies. The Crossing offers 66 Motel rooms along with a 250 seatDining Room, 125 seat Cafeteria, 70 seat Pub and a 3000 square foot GiftShop. LOCATION:The Crossing Resort is located on Highway # 93 North (Banff-Jasper Hwy) at thejunction of Highway # 11 (To Rocky Mountain House), in Banff National Park.Highway # 93 North is also known as the Icefields Parkway.
ROOM STYLES:The Crossing has 66 motel units all of which offer magnificent mountain viewsand the best value in the park. Most rooms contain two double beds, a fullyappointed private bathroom, separate vanity, satellite TV and a telephone.
Standard Room:Room with two double beds, a fully appointed private bathroom, separatevanity, satellite TV and a telephone.
Executive Suite:Contains a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double pullout sofa in theden. The fully appointed bathroom has a jetted tub and a separate vanity. TheSuite also contains a fireplace in the den, a coffee maker and a mini fridge.Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony facing west.
Family Room:Double bed, a single bed and a double hide-a-bed sofa to accommodate a maximumof five people.
DINING:Cafeteria
The 125 seat licensed Cafeteria is capable of very high volume and is ready toprovide fast, efficient service to visitors. The cafeteria offers a selectionof breakfast, lunch and dinner items as well as drinks, pastry items, freshsalads, and fruit. Open all day long, it is designed with efficiency and pricein mind. The cafeteria is ideal for a quick meal, a coffee break and forfamilies. Also provided are boxed lunches, offering a variety of items, forpick-up.
Dining Room
Provided a relaxing atmosphere for everyone to enjoy including families andvegetarians. The dining room is also fully licensed. Open for breakfast anddinner in the months of March, April, May, October and November. The diningroom is open for dinner only during the summer months of June, July, Augustand September.
The Crossing Pub
After a day of sight-seeing and outdoor activities, the Crossing Pub is agreat place to sit back and enjoy a brew with friends and fellow guests. Grillyour own steak or hamburger on the BBQ pit or enjoy one of the selections fromthe snack and sandwich items.
With 70 indoor seats and a 45 seat licensed sundeck, one can enjoy lightsnacks and choose from an exciting array of beverages while relaxing with somelight entertainment.
The Pub also features a large stone fireplace, pool table, and dartboard.Liquor off sales are available during Pub hours.
FACILITIES:The Crossing Gift Shop offers 2800 sq. ft. of great buys featuring Canadianhandicrafts. The Crossing also offers a hot tub, sauna, small gym, coinlaundry and tanning bed. A full service gas station is on site.
PARKING:Complimentary outdoor parking is provided.
ADULT:An adult is considered to be 16+ years.
PETS:A limited number of designated pet rooms available. Please requestspecifically to ensure availability. Management must be informed of any petspresent in rooms.
DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY:Full payment required at time of booking. 100% refundable if cancelled withmore than 30 days notice. 29-14 days is 50% refundable. Inside 14 days is100% non refundable. $15.00 admin fee charged at all times.
