The Cache Estates Homes are the most exclusive estate homes at Kicking Horse.The 4-5 bedroom homes offer the highest level of luxury and comfort available on mountain, varying between 3000-3800 square feet. Each residence is distinct and features the following amenities (vary with each property).

Ski Access: Cross the road and walk/ski to the home. Ski-Out with a quick 5 minute walk to the ski trail or 400m walk to the gondola and resort base.

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS/CANCELLATIONS:
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival, at which point it becomes100% non refundable. For reservations over the Christmas holidays, a nonrefundable deposit of 50% is taken at time of booking and the balance is due30 days prior to arrival, at which point it is 100% non refundable.

MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS
A minimum night stay of 2 nights during Value, Adventure and Peak season, and a minimum of 5 nights during the Holiday season.

POLICIES:
The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
All reservations are subject to Rental Terms and Conditions. All reservations require a valid credit card on file holding a $500 preauthorization, for any damages or incidentals.
Damages to the unit will be recovered from the reneter's $500 deposit, in the event that the damages to the unit are greater than the damage deposit, the additional monies will be recovered from the primary renter.
All units are strictly non-smoking.
Pet friendly units are available upon request.
We cannot guarantee the availability of exact units. In the event that a reserved unit becomes unavailable, we will move guests to a comparable room at no additional cost. In the event that no comparable unit is available, we will provide a full refund. In any event, should we not be able to deliver the accommodations, we will refund all monies and will have no further liability to this booking.

NO SHOW:
No show reservations will be charged 100% of stay.

BRITISH COLUMBIA HOTEL SALES TAX:
All rates are subject to 8% British Columbia Hotel Sales Tax.

KHMR LODGING TAX:
KHMR is contemplating a Lodging Tax (expected to be 2%). In the event that this tax is implemented, all rates will be subject to this tax.

FORCE MAJEURE:
Banff Accommodation Reservations shall not be liable for damages relating to any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions not limited to Acts of God, wars, insurrections, Government restrictions (including denial or cancellationof any export or occupancy certificates and licenses), and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Banff Accommodation Reservations.
