LOCATION:Standing at the base of the ski runs and just steps from the gondola are themajestic Glacier and Mountaineer lodges.
ROOM STYLES:These beautiful executive style condos and rooms are fully furnished and were designed with creature comfort in mind. All of the condos (not including hotel rooms) have fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces and spectacular views.

DINING:After an exhilarating day on the slopes kick back and enjoy your favourite hot beverage in the lounge/dining room Extreme Peaks. By day they offer lunch in a pub style atmosphere and in the evenings the white linens come out as our chef takes pride in preparing culinary masterpieces especially for you.
FACILITIES:For your relaxation and enjoyment both lodges are equipped with a fitness room complete with a sauna, steam bath and an outdoor hot tub.
PARKING:Complimentary underground parking is provided.
PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION:At Manager's discretion. Must be approved in advance.
ADULT:An adult is considered to be 16+ years.
DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS/CANCELLATIONS:Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival and 100% non refundable at this time. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is taken for Christmas/NYE time period and full payment 30 days at which point it becomes non refundable.
A $75.00CAD administration fee is applied to any changes.
MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS:A minimum night stay of 2 nights during Value, Adventure and Peak season, and a minimum of 4 nights during the Holiday season.
POLICIES:The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
All reservations are subject to Rental Terms and Conditions. All reservations require a valid credit card on file holding a $500 preauthorization, for any damages or incidentals.
Damages to the unit will be recovered from the reneter's $500 deposit, in the event that the damages to the unit are greater than the damage deposit, the additional monies will be recovered from the primary renter.
All units are strictly non-smoking.
We cannot guarantee the availability of exact units. In the event that areserved unit becomes unavailable, we will move guests to a comparable room at no additional cost. In the event that no comparable unit is available, we will provide a full refund. In any event, should we not be able to deliver the accommodations, we will refund all monies and will have no further liability to this booking.
NO SHOW:No show reservations will be charged 100% of stay.
BRITISH COLUMBIA HOTEL SALES TAX:All rates are subject to 8% British Columbia Hotel Sales Tax.
KHMR LODGING TAX:KHMR is contemplating a Lodging Tax (expected to be 2%). In the event thatthis tax is implemented, all rates will be subject to this tax.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Banff Accommodation Reservations shall not be liable for damages relating to any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default iscaused by conditions not limited to Acts of God, wars, insurrections,Government restrictions (including denial or cancellationof any export oroccupancy certificates and licenses), and/or any other cause beyond thereasonable control of Banff Accommodation Reservations.
