Situated in a forested mountainside setting, this timber frame chalet is a luxuriously comfortable retreat nestled in a natural and picturesque setting. This private ski chalet is exquisitely finished, ideal for groups of friends or families.
The main floor of this property has two fireplaces (1 wood, 1 propane), which will help to keep you cozy and warm. The open concept gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, high-end appliances with stainless finishes, and located in the center island the stove is designed to impress.
Floors are predominately maple with floor to ceiling picture windows offering great mountain views. Twenty-nine foot cedar logs extend from the main floor into the vaulted ceilings. A home theater system in the living room offers great entertainment. The main floor bedrooms are near the back along with a full bathroom and laundry room. Out back, the private hot tub awaits.
The top floor has the large master bedroom, en suite with shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. A catwalk leads to an open concept loft in the middle of the house which overlooks the main floor.
The home is situated at the bottom of Race Place in the Purcell Woods Close subdivision. Approximately 100m to the entrance of the road, the Gondola is a further 300m (approximately) downhill from the entrance to Purcell Woods. This home's location will allow you to ski to the house from the hill and ski to the Gondola from the Pioneer chair in the morning.

DEPOSITS:A 25% non refundable deposit is taken at time of booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival for all units for all dates, except for Christmas Holidays. Final payment for Christmas Holiday bookings is taken 45 days prior to arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS:Cancellations must be received within 30 days of arrival. Any cancellation between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival will be charged halfof their total stay. Bookings within 14 days will be fully non refundable
MINIMUM NIGHT STAYSA minimum night stay of 2 nights during Value, Adventure and Peak season, and a minimum of 5 nights during the Holiday season.
POLICIES:The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
All reservations are subject to Rental Terms and Conditions. All reservations require a valid credit card on file holding a $500 preauthorization, for any damages or incidentals.
Damages to the unit will be recovered from the reneter's $500 deposit, in the event that the damages to the unit are greater than the damage deposit, the additional monies will be recovered from the primary renter.
All units are strictly non-smoking.
Pet friendly units are available upon request.
We cannot guarantee the availability of exact units. In the event that a reserved unit becomes unavailable, we will move guests to a comparable room at no additional cost. In the event that no comparable unit is available, we will provide a full refund. In any event, should we not be able to deliver the accommodations, we will refund all monies and will have no further liability to this booking.
NO SHOW:No show reservations will be charged 100% of stay.
BRITISH COLUMBIA HOTEL SALES TAX:All rates are subject to 8% British Columbia Hotel Sales Tax.
KHMR LODGING TAX:KHMR is contemplating a Lodging Tax (expected to be 2%). In the event that this tax is implemented, all rates will be subject to this tax.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Banff Accommodation Reservations shall not be liable for damages relating to any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions not limited to Acts of God, wars, insurrections, Government restrictions (including denial or cancellationof any export or occupancy certificates and licenses), and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Banff Accommodation Reservations.
