This private enclave is surrounded by beautiful forests with sweepingviews of the Rockies and Kicking Horse mountain slopes. Featuring ski inaccess to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, the Aspens are well situated fora ski vacation to one of Canada's most appealing resorts. The Aspens werecompleted in 2008 and feature great floor plans and all the amenities youdesire for a weekend getaway or a week long retreat.
DEPOSITS:/PAYMENT/CANCELLATIONS:Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival, at which point itbecomes 100% non refundable. For reservations over the Christmas holidays, anon refundable deposit of 50% is taken at time of booking and the balance isdue 30 days prior to arrival, at which point it is 100% non refundable.
MINIMUM NIGHT STAYSA minimum night stay of 2 nights during Value, Adventure and Peak season, anda minimum of 5 nights during the Holiday season.
POLICIES:The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
All reservations are subject to Rental Terms and Conditions. All reservationsrequire a valid credit card on file holding a $500 preauthorization, for anydamages or incidentals.
Damages to the unit will be recovered from the reneter's $500 deposit, in theevent that the damages to the unit are greater than the damage deposit, theadditional monies will be recovered from the primary renter.
All units are strictly non-smoking.
Pet friendly units are available upon request.
We cannot guarantee the availability of exact units. In the event that areserved unit becomes unavailable, we will move guests to a comparable room atno additional cost. In the event that no comparable unit is available, wewill provide a full refund. In any event, should we not be able to deliver theaccommodations, we will refund all monies and will have no further liabilityto this booking.
NO SHOW:No show reservations will be charged 100% of stay.
BRITISH COLUMBIA HOTEL SALES TAX:All rates are subject to 8% British Columbia Hotel Sales Tax.
KHMR LODGING TAX:KHMR is contemplating a Lodging Tax (expected to be 2%). In the event thatthis tax is implemented, all rates will be subject to this tax.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Banff Accommodation Reservations shall not be liable for damages relating toany delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default iscaused by conditions not limited to Acts of God, wars, insurrections,Government restrictions (including denial or cancellationof any export oroccupancy certificates and licenses), and/or any other cause beyond thereasonable control of Banff Accommodation Reservations.
