2Br Condo:Each room has queen size bed, one with ensuite bathroom, one separate fullbathroom. Lounge with pull out sofa, cable TV, VCR and/or DVD and stereo,kitchen and dining room.
2Br Loft Condo:Queen size bed in open loft separate bathroom. Second bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom on main floor. Lounge with pull out sofa, half bathroom, cable TV, VCR and/or DVD and stereo, kitchen and dining room.
3Br Condo:With varying bedding configurations. 2 full bathrooms. Lounge with pull outsofa, cable TV, VCR and/or DVD and stereo, kitchen and dining room.
FACILITIES:Non smoking buildings, roof tub hottub, fitness room, wine, beer, spiritsmerchant on-site, adjacent to 2 large grocers, movie rental store, bank andpharmacy, electronic access (no keys required).

BOOKING POLICIES:Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. Full cancellations, orany part thereof received within 30 days of arrival are subject to a 5%admin fee + taxes (min. $20 + applicable taxes), in addition to anycancellation fees imposed by the individual property or activity providers.For reservations cancelled 48hrs prior to arrival a one nights stay plus taxes charged as penalty. Please note there is a 14 day cancellation period in effect for reservations during Christmas/NYE season.
