LOCATION:Close to shopping and convenient to downtown Canmore, Canmore Crossing is within walking distance to trendy shopping, coffee shops and the many galleries and restaurants.
ROOM STYLES:Please note all units are equipped with full size appliances, including dishwasher and microwave, all dishes and cookware, gas fireplace, washer & dryer, balcony (most have bbq) and a starter park of paper products, detergents, shampoo, conditioner, soap and coffee. All linens and towels. All buildings are non-smoking.
1Br Condo:With one queen size bed, pull out sofa, full bathroom (some units have extra half or full bath), Cable TV, VCR and/or DVD and stereo, kitchen and dining room.
2Br Condo:Each room has queen size bed, one with ensuite bathroom, one separate full bathroom. Lounge with pull out sofa, cable TV, VCR and/or DVD and stereo, kitchen and dining room.
2Br Loft Condo:Queen size bed in open loft separate bathroom. Second bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom on main floor. Lounge with pull out sofa, half bathroom, cable TV, VCR and/or DVD and stereo, kitchen and dining room.
3Br Condo:With varying bedding configurations. 2 full bathrooms. Lounge with pull out sofa, cable TV, VCR and/or DVD and stereo, kitchen and dining room.
FACILITIES:Non smoking buildings, roof tub hottub, fitness room, wine, beer, spirits merchant on-site, adjacent to 2 large grocers, movie rental store, bank and pharmacy, electronic access (no keys required).
PARKING:Complimentary underground heated parking provided.
BOOKING POLICIES:Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. $20 + tax administration fee will be charged if cancelled at any time after booking. For reservations cancelled 48hrs prior to arrival a one nights stay plus taxes charged as penalty. Please note there is a 14 day cancellation period in effect for reservations during Christmas/NYE season.
