Modern condos sleep from 2 to 10 and all feature wood burning fireplaces, full kitchens and patios or balconies.

1Br (1 or 2 Queen) Condo:
One bedroom condo with 1x queen size bed in separate bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen with granite counter tops and maple finishings, dining and living room with pull out sofa and wood burning fireplace. This room can sleep 4 adults (6 adults using the pull out sofa) and has a walk out patio or balcony with outdoor furniture.

1Br + Loft:
One bedroom condo with one queen in the bedroom and two queens in the loft, or two queens in the bedroom and one queen in the loft. One full bathroom and half bathroom in loft. Full kitchen with granite countertops and maple finishings, pull out sofa and wood burning fireplace in a comfortable living area. This room can sleep 6 adults (8 adults with 3 Queens and a pull out sofa) and will have a walk out patio or balcony with outdoor furniture.

2Br Loft Premier (3 Queen):
New for 2009. Two bedrooms with queen size bed in each, and one queen bed in loft sleeping area. Two bathrooms on first and loft floor. Main floor features full equipped kitchen, living room with double sofa bed and wood burning fireplace.

2Br Loft Premier + Games Room (3 Queen):
Two bedrooms with queen size bed in each. One queen bed in loft sleeping area. Two bathrooms on first and loft floor. Main floor features full equipped kitchen, living room with double sofa bed and wood burning fireplace. Games room.

2Br Loft Premier (4 Queen):
Duplex building with three separate levels. Entry level features two separate bedrooms each with a queen size bed with featherbeds, full bathroom and standup shower. Main floor features full equipped kitchen, living room with double sofa bed and wood burning fireplace, dining room and full bathroom. Upstairs features an open loft with two queen size beds, also with featherbeds. Appointed with 3 cable TVs, CD player, full laundry facilities and patio/deck with chairs. Approx 900sq.

2Br Jacuzzi Condo:
New for 2009. There is only one room of this type available so booking early is strongly advised. The two bedroom Jacuzzi suite is ideal for 4 adults (6 adults if the pull out sofa is used) with a queen sized bed located on the main floor and a Queen bed located in the second floor bedroom with Jacuzzi. Cozy living room with fireplace, full kitchen, and a private balcony with private outdoor hot tub with stunning mountain views.

Premier King Suite Jacuzzi:
New for 2009. Only four Premier King Suites will provide ultimate relaxation for honeymoons and special celebrations with king size mountain luxury beds located in a loft, cozy living room with fireplace and full kitchen, and a private balcony with private outdoor hot tub with stunning mountain views.

ADULT:
An adult is considered to be 15+ years.

FACILITIES:
2 large outdoor hot tubs for 30. Covered picnic area with commercial bbq's and fire pit. Complimentary wireless internet, 32” flat screen televisions and DVD players in every room.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Daily light house keeping. A full change of sheets and towels every 3 days or upon request.

PETS:
A small number of units allow pets. Please call ahead to confirm availability and surcharge.

PARKING:
Limited underground parking and complimentary winter plug ins.
