Daily 5 run packages are offered to more advanced skiers as well as return cat / heli-skiers and boarders. With 5 Runs averaging 1100 vertical meters each, you are sure to be satisfied!

Tour details:

  • Departs Panorama at 8:00am or Banff at 5.45am (if transport is purchased).

This Heli-skiing area lays a few minutes flight away and covers over 2000 square km – west of Golden and north of the Bugaboos – in the Purcell Mountains. These mountains of interior British Columbia are famous for their reliable amounts of fresh snow and exceptional powder. We have close to 200 runs offering every conceivable type of mountain terrain and exposure.

Over the years, Purcell Heli-Skiing has explored and skied the Dogtooth, McMurdo, Spillimacheen, Bobbie Burns and Battle mountain ranges. Skiing/boarding takes place on alpine glaciers and open slopes, as well as in the trees and gladded areas of the subalpine forest.
