LOCATION:
Two km (1 mile) past the town of Field you will approach a turn-off clearly marked for Emerald Lake. The lodge is located 8 km (5 miles) down this road. Please park your vehicle in the overnight parking lot where we will send a shuttle bus to drive you and your party to the Main Lodge.

ROOM STYLES:
A respect for the past characterizes the accommodations at Emerald Lake Lodge. Dotting the 13-acre peninsula are 24 cabin-style buildings (accommodating up to 200 guests), newly built to reflect the traditional architecture of the Lodge. Rooms have private baths, balconies and wood burning fieldstone fireplaces, which are stocked daily with complimentary firewood. Room amenities include feather duvets and pillows, telephones, in-room coffee makers, hair dryers, alarm clocks and internet access available for rooms. All guestrooms and the main lodge are non-smoking.

Lodge Room:
Lodge rooms have one queen-size bed, one king-size bed or two double beds, a sitting area in front of the fireplace and a private balcony.

Lake Room:
Lake rooms have one king-size bed, a spacious sitting area with a double pull out sofa in front of the fireplace and a private balcony overlooking the lake.

Emerald Suites:
Emerald suites are available in two configurations: studios or one bedroom suites. Rooms have one queen-size bed, spacious sitting area with double pull out sofa in front of the fireplace. Private half wrap around balcony overlooking the lake.

DINING:
In the dining room, lounge and bar you can sample Rocky Mountain Cuisine, the roots of which go back to both the lavish Victorian cooking from the CPR rail cars and the hearty meats prepared by Swiss and Austrian mountain guides.

The wine list is extensive and features many award winning Canadian wines from central British Columbia, and includes a large selection of hard to find vintners' reserve wines.

Please note there is a mandatory meal for any overnight stays that include December 31, 2006. The Gala NYE Dinner, Brunch and Entertainment Package. Please ask for further information and rates. Meal plans do not include 17% gratuity and 15 taxes.

FACILITIES:
The main lodge includes a large games room with TV, billards, chess and board games. Outdoor hottub, sauna and lakeside firepit.

PARKING:
Overnight parking is provided in a parking lot outside the lodge and a shuttle bus is provided to drive you across the bridge to the resort.


ADULT:
An adult is considered to be 13+ years.

BOOKING POLICIES:
Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. $20 + tax administration fee will be charged if cancelled at any time after booking. For reservations cancelled 72hrs prior to arrival a one nights stay plus taxes charged as penalty.(14 day cancellation policy applies for Christmas/NYE season.)
